My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, meaning everyone knows where their hurt is and how to heal from it. When the road gets hard and we're tired and lost, we need someone to walk with us, witnessing our progress and holding hope when it slips away from us.
Methods I use include MBCT, DBT, art psychotherapy, transpersonal therapies, ecotherapy, NVC, polyvagal theory. I practice and teach t'ai chi, and I practice trauma-informed yoga. I'm a professional musician and performer, and specialize in musicians' issues, as well.
