Registered Psychotherapist
Psychotherapy is good for anyone and everyone, when personalized to fit you. Some reasons why people seek out psychotherapy are: Grief, Decision-Making, Bipolar Disorder, Identity and Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Burnout, and Type One Diabetes Management (I am a fellow T1D). Together, we will walk through your concerns, create space for you to be heard, and determine together what it is that you want out of therapy. We will work to meet those goals in an individualized way that best helps you. Whatever you may be wrestling with, I can walk with you and cater my care in a way that is meaningful for you as an individual. I want to hear your story as you tell it, not as you think it should be told or as someone else says you need to tell it. When your mind is muddled, I seek to centralize you in your story. Life, with all its twists and turns, can be wildly unpredictable and overwhelming. A lot gets thrown our way, and sometimes we have the ability to handle it better than others. It’s commendable, and wise, to seek support as you try to navigate these challenges, whatever they may be. Reach out to me. Let's see if we can journey through this together.
