My life's work is Assisting individuals and couples in the exploration of their lives in order to help them find deeper meaning, gain awareness and understanding, and to live more fully. I have 30 plus years of experience in the field of psychology which includes working in hospitals, employee assistance programs, and currently in private practice. My style of therapy includes assisting clients in developing a relationship with their inner world and their current circumstances, past influences and generational family patterns in order to understand what has helped form who they are. My approach is Psychodynamic / Depth psychology , which brings Jungian -archetypal therapy and dream work and Psychoanalytic perspectives together to help individuals understand the impact of patterns in their lives. Family systems impact at a deep unconscious level and becoming aware and able to consider their impact is important. This includes recognizing if Trauma has had an impact in your life. The treatment of healing trauma is important both individually and with a generational viewpoint. There is no one size fits all therapy and my aim is to help you focus on the areas you most need to engage more fully in order to gain deeper awareness with in your self and your relationships.
