About
As a Registered Social Worker providing Individual and Family Therapy, my aim is to support clients in achieving their best hopes, and attaining the visions they have for themselves and their lives. I work to help people recognize and benefit from the capabilities and strengths they already possess, and uncover new and exciting ways of being. I specialize in infant, child, and youth mental health. Working for over twelve years, I feel fortunate to have met with, and supported clients from varying backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. I use a variety of approaches in my practice, and have knowledge in addressing diverse issues including worries, anxiety, anger, relationships, parenting, behaviour, and stress. Therapy often involves looking more closely at what drives us, how we cope and succeed when faced with challenges, and the stories we tell ourselves and others about who we are.
