Hi, my name is Jenna, owner and Counselling Therapist at Mountain View Counselling Services. I provide a warm, caring and genuine approach to therapy. My focus is on ensuring you feel heard, respected and valued. I care deeply about supporting my clients in a way that is unique to their life journey. I offer support to individuals, parents/caregivers, couples, and children.
I have in-depth experience working with parents and children - including supporting families of children with developmental delays/ diagnoses, behavioural challenges, anxiety and sleep issues. When working with children, I often utilize play and other expressive therapies, as it is an empirically proven approach to support development and healing.
