You hold yourself to high standards, push through stress, and keep going even when you’re exhausted from worrying and trying to do it all. I’m Siobhan Marko, a psychotherapist in Toronto’s Bloor West Village–High Park area with over 20 years of experience providing CBT therapy for anxiety, stress and self‑doubt. I help professionals and students who may look like they’re holding everything together on the outside yet feel anxious inside. Together we focus on practical strategies to quiet racing thoughts, manage expectations and feel calmer. I offer in‑person and online therapy, including evenings and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in CBT and other evidence-based modalities. We’ll work on easing worry, managing intense emotions, improving communication, and shifting patterns of overdoing or over-giving that leave you drained. Sessions are supportive, structured, and paced so they feel manageable.
