About
Many caregivers, family members, and friends of people with a dementia feel unsupported, overwhelmed, and alone. I work with you to provide practical planning and emotional support. My sessions are collaborative and client-focussed - they are based on what you see as being your biggest challenge. We work together to develop tools and strategies that will empower you to respond to the challenges that dementia brings. Together we can find ways to navigate health systems, address grief and loss, troubleshoot strategies for difficult dementia behaviors, improve mental health, discuss advance care planning, consider major life transitions, or work through any other issue you feel is at the forefront. I can also work with groups.
