Does your relationship feel "empty" leaving your discouraged and wondering if issues will ever get resolved? Have you been betrayed by your partner or family member and feel sad, devalued and unappreciated?
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I assist couples and families identify the negative patterns of interaction that get them stuck and feeling disconnected. Gently, I assist them in identifying and sharing their softer emotions and emotional needs so as to create positive patterns of interactions that promote long lasting relationships.
