About
Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming and difficult. If you are struggling with feelings of worthlessness, anxiety, low self esteem, body image issues, or burnout, I may be able to help. I provide warm, non-judgmental therapy to individuals, families, and couples. Connection is important, so we will work closely to explore your resilience, manage strong emotions, and strengthen your relationships. Life can be tough at the best of times. Together we can challenge unhelpful beliefs and patterns that may be preventing you from living the life you want. My work is client focused, grounded and practical. I specialize in, and have a passion for helping clients with eating disorders and mood and anxiety issues. I offer insight and support so you can make meaningful life changes and achieve your goals. I work with both adolescents and adults, and practice a trauma informed and sensitive approach to therapy. The nature of our work together will be based on your personal goals. Whether you need a more directive or flexible approach, let’s explore how to best meet your needs. I welcome the opportunity to support you in navigating life's challenges and transitions.
