I learned as a psychotherapist, that individuals are unique, as such, I tailor treatment according to my client's personal needs. This approach helps clients with; depression, anxiety, stress, grief and other emotional and psychological health issues.
Within my practice I integrate many therapeutic psychodynamic techniques to help my clients find patterns in their; lives; emotions, thoughts and beliefs, they gain insight that enables them to self-explore and become more self-aware. For this self-exploration, I create a space that is safe, caring, empathetic and non-judgmental, in which my clients develop a better sense of self for positive change and personal growth.
