About
Welcome! I'm Kimberly Moffit. I started KMA Therapy so you can embark on your own journey of counselling and therapy in a safe environment with people who care. In counselling we work towards understanding our clinical issues like stress, anxiety, and depression, and how we arrived in our current mindframe in the first place. At KMA Therapy, we are a team of counsellors, psychologists, and psychotherapists who represent some of Toronto's leading experts in the mental health, relationship and psychology field. We welcome a diverse range of clients into our practice at one of our three locations in Toronto, at Yonge and Eglinton, King and Spadina, or Liberty Village. We are very excited to meet you. Here at KMA Therapy, we work with a wide variety of issues that you might be experiencing. Some of these issues include: Anxiety; Depression; Self-Esteem; Relationship Issues; Anger Management; Family Issues; Weight Issues; Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD); Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); Bereavement Counselling; Sex Therapy; Marriage and Divorce Issues. We like to begin with a 30-minute intake session with one of our intake therapists to determine the best course of action and the best therapist for you, understand your goals and expectations, and devise a treatment plan tailored to you. We look forward to hearing from you! Listed below are our other convenient locations in Toronto: KMA Therapy - Liberty Village 60 Atlantic Ave Toronto, ON KMA Therapy - King West 500 King St West Toronto, ON
