I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist. I work from the assumption that people have their own skills and knowledge and that they are the experts in their own lives. In my work, I provide collaborative space for the people I meet with to name their own goals and challenges.
My role in therapy sessions would be to help you explore and process what you want for yourself and/or your relationships and the factors that are getting in the way of it through listening, curiosity, and asking thought-provoking questions.
I am comfortable and experienced in working with a wide range of people from different social locations including age, sexuality and gender, race, culture, religion, ability, and socioeconomic status.
