About
I work from a person-centered, eclectic approach; I believe that the most important thing is to understand your experience and to work together with you to find what works best in addressing your concerns and achieving your goals. I would love to be a part of your journey! I have training and experience working with a multitude of different types of issues, and within a number of different approaches. My work has a strong feminist and social justice backing, and I work often with members of the LGBTQ+ community, the polyamorous community, and the kink community. I believe that therapy works due in part to a strong therapist-client relationship. For this reason, I offer a free 15-20 minute phone consultation for us both to get a sense of each other, and to see whether or not we would be a good fit. It's important to me that you find the best therapist for you! I am currently supervised by a registered psychotherapist, and my office hours are currently Sunday mornings/afternoons and Monday evenings.
