I am Registered Psychotherapist with 20 years experience in the mental health field in the Newmarket area. Specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression and PTSD, I help my clients break out of old and unhealthy patterns keeping them stuck in toxic emotions of shame, guilt and blame.
