Hi, I'm Brianna and my pronouns are she/her. I'm an Art Therapist and I love helping kids with their big feelings! Art can help to express emotions in a way that words alone can't, and it can be especially helpful for kiddos who might have a hard time talking about their feelings. Art can give us a space to dump our messy feelings, to acknowledge them and be with them (even the uncomfortable ones).
