We are all evolving! People usually come to see me because a crisis has happened. The origin of the word crisis means turning point. If your experiencing a turning point in your life I can help you navigate. Sometimes when a crisis hits we find it hard to process what is happening because we are full of the emotional and mental confusion. Therapy helps to unravel the confusion so you can awaken to the awareness that comes with the turning point. Growing in awareness can create a whole new perspective.
