I completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Carleton University and a Masters in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists, and Psychotherapists. I aim for a down to earth approach that focuses on compassion and empowerment, building on the client’s natural strengths and resiliency.
My practice utilizes techniques from a variety of different approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered therapy, and Mindfulness.
