I am a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am also a regular member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP) and the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).
My work involves helping people deal with emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues that affect their daily lives. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to assist my clients in identifying and understanding their problems, developing healthy coping skills, and making positive changes in their lives. My goal is to provide a safe and confidential space for my clients to explore their feelings and thoughts, with the aim of achieving a greater understanding of themselves and their circumstances.
