My name is Brooke Growden (she/her) and I am a Registered Psychotherapist-Qualifying. I am trained in the Flash Technique, an intervention used to lessen the emotional intensity associated with traumatic memories. I have a PhD in Education and MA in Counselling Psychology. I draw on my experiences as an academic and educator to support my counselling practice. I take an eclectic approach to psychotherapy with my clients, as I want to meet you where you need support. I offer virtual counselling, so you can access support from a space that is safe and comfortable for you.
