About
When changes occur in life, either by choice or by circumstance, the flow of day-to-day living can feel unsteady and rocky at times. As a Registered Psychotherapist, I create space for clients to reflect and share their feelings, experiences, and efforts in managing wellness in daily living, particularly through difficult life transitions. More specifically, my practice areas include stress and burnout, health difficulties, grief and loss, depression, isolation, anxiety, shyness, relationship changes, and career transitions. I approach therapy in a collaborative, client centred, and mindful way.
My professional experiences stem from working with individuals and families in academic, career, hospice palliative care, and grief and bereavement counselling settings. My intention for our work together is to support you in your wellness journey towards feeling empowered, resilient, and connected to the meaningful life you want to live.
I am also a certified yoga instructor and value the connection of mind-body-spirit in holistic purposeful living and wellness.
