Here are some truths I can get behind when people are struggling: all you’re ever doing is the best you can, in that moment in time, with the resources you have; and you’re not broken – just stuck. I imagine if you’re on my page, you might find yourself in a difficult phase of life. The demands and stresses of school, work, or general life, might leave you feeling anxious, depressed, or burned-out. Maybe you struggle to feel connected and known in your relationships, struggle with your self-esteem, or are going through a major loss. Perhaps you’re confused about who you are, the person you want to be, and the life you’re living isn’t the life you thought you’d have.
You – all parts of you – are very welcome here, in their messy, confusing, and uncomfortable forms.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with experience supporting adults of all ages and cultural identities with anxiety and depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, identity concerns, life transitions, grief, work and school issues, and stress and burnout, from a trauma-informed perspective.
My approach to therapy is kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental. Together, we explore your inner world, uncover the deeper layers of your struggles, and listen to your own inner wisdom to work towards your goals. My hope is that, at the very least, you leave our sessions feeling heard, seen, and known.
