She has over 20 years of experience in the health, fitness, and wellness industry, and in her private practice, she specializes in spiritual, somatic, and integrative psychotherapy approaches. Empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and harmonize their lives, Christina believes that everything is connected on many different levels. With that attitude, Christina attempts to integrate the many tools, learnings, gifts and sources of wisdom that she has collected over the years into her integrative psychotherapy practice. Her trauma-informed approach ultimately strives in helping to support and heal the entire individual in a natural, holistic and integrative way, using tools, techniques, and therapies such as: mindfulness, psychosensory, cognitive behavioural, energy psychology, somatic work, spirituality, hypnotherapy, experiential, emotionally focused, expressive arts, movement, and more. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in her sessions Christina promotes behavioral transformation, holistic healing and reconnection to yourself by encouraging awareness, a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes, feelings and reactions. She has many tools and experience to help you get back on track and guide you to shift from surviving to thriving.
