Andrea offers therapy services for individuals, couples, families and groups in Ontario via a secure video platform, and can conduct sessions by telephone where appropriate. Her clients have diverse backgrounds and identities and come to address a wide range of relationship challenges and mental health concerns. Andrea worked for many years at a community counselling agency after completing the Couple and Family Therapy Master of Science Program at the University of Guelph. She tends to work collaboratively with clients and tailors the approach to their needs. The approach is often grounded in attachment and trauma theory and is sensitive to specific needs arising from the diverse backgrounds and identities of clients. Strengthening skills, such as managing emotion, thought and behaviour, is integrated as needed to meet client goals.
