About
I am a Registered Psychologist who can help you change your Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Sleep concerns, Addictions, Trauma, Relationship problems, or General life concerns. My practice serves Adults, Youth, and Children. I also offer Individual, Couples, Family, Play Therapy, and Group Sessions. I do a range of assessments, too. Since I am a trauma specialist, I travel to a company or organization's site that has experienced trauma and provide therapy for those individuals who desire it. At Northern Alberta Psychological Services, we help you soar above the concerns of today! In addition to Talk Therapy, I offer EMDR, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Art Therapy, and Animal Assisted Therapy. I am a certified trauma specialist for children, youth, and adults. The age range of my practice is from 3-years old to 70-years old. I am a clinical play therapist, and a retired elementary school educator. I am also available for speaking engagements, presentations, and workshops. I would be honoured to create a safe place for you that would enable you to share your life concerns. I provide a non-judgemental environment and by collaborating with you, we can create the change you are seeking.
