About
From the first phone contact and the moment you walk through the office (or virtual) door, you will be welcomed with a listening ear, a caring heart, a down-to-earth style, and active coping support. Coming from a place of lived experience and employing a neurodiversity-affirming and LGTBTQ-affirming approach, my intention is that you will feel safe, seen and celebrated in the unique aspects of identity that make you You. I will support you as you process your thoughts and feelings, develop new insight and explore new skills to restore your sense of calm, bring peace of mind, and foster greater well-being in your daily life.
I works with clients who are motivated to improve their self-understanding and make concrete changes for their mental and emotional well-being. I am currently accepting referrals and a wait list for Individual Psychotherapy (adults only), and specialized services for tics and tic disorders such as Tourette (age 6+), including CBIT behavior therapy for tics, psychological evaluation of tics, and parent consultations.
My approach is integrative approach and client-centered at its core, and draws from a range of other approaches to personalize our work to your needs and who you are as a person. Grounded in care and purpose, I work to create an accepting and brave space where everyone feels valued, challenges are overcome, and lives are transformed.
