Life can be tough…but the human spirit is something even stronger. We all have the will and capacity to shape our lives to include light, connection and love. Sometimes all it takes is the aid of an experienced therapist to help one see the beauty that comes from difficult life circumstances. That's what I strive for in my private practice…to help others transform their challenges into the realm of personal growth and empowerment.
With 20 years of experience in the mental health field (12 of those years being a registered psychologist), I've come to deeply appreciate the power of our lived experience and what it has to teach us about "being" in our world. Each day brings new beginnings despite our past hurts and wounds. My final thoughts…meet darkness with light to enable our souls to bloom.
