Hello my name is Yvonne Phillips I am a Registered Professional Counsellor and owner of “It’s All About You Therapy”. I work with people from teens to seniors, who are suffering from any kind of personal loss and grief, anxiety also with those who have experienced past trauma that is affecting their quality of living. I assist them to get in touch with their inner landscape and resources, so that they are able to experience having more control in their lives; have richer more connected relationships with themselves and others now and in the future. My approach is a very collaborative/client centered, one in which the client is strongly encouraged to participate in their therapy plan.
