About
Live Like it matters. It does (Josh Pais)
And it feels so good to feel!
Absolutely yes, your mental health is an aspect of your whole person that requires your tender loving care and respect as much as your body and your intellect does.
That you are looking for support with your work life, suffered a loss, going through serious health issues, maybe you’re not feeling like yourself these days or you would simply like to discover the keys to your own well-being; I would be happy to work with you.
We can navigate the challenges of your life together; or if you want a more therapeutic way; in a relational way.
What you can expect from me is honesty, compassion and a fine-tuned cultural awareness. I work with kindness and also support. This may mean at times to suggest a reframing or a challenge using experiments such as creative writing, art-making, drama, conversation, humour and dreamwork like Carl Jung would. In all cases, this will be done with you and with respect.
