About
Welcome! Are you experiencing life challenges that are causing you grief, anxiety, depression, and/or stress? I support clients using holistic and effective strategies. Our work will be collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, all in an empathic and nonjudgmental environment. My process gets to the root of common life challenges and empowers clients to lead enriched self-aware lives. I specialize in working with women and couples who are experiencing pregnancy or fertility challenges. I also specialize in trauma/overwhelming experiences that can get in the way of living a full life, and can often lead to anxiety and/or depression. I also enjoy working with grief and loss. I work from a holistic framework, making sure clients are supported emotionally, socially, physically, and spiritually. I aim to provide a space free from judgment and full of compassion.
