I'm a client-led integrative therapist, with a background in narrative therapy and current interest in TEAM-CBT. I consider myself first and foremost a student of people; I do this job because I want to learn who you are and what you're about.
I've been in practice for a few years, and when I'm not working, I'm mothering. I love to travel, to read, to bake, and to walk among trees. Not surprisingly, I believe most therapy happens outside the office.
