About
Christianna completed her Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at York University, and shortly after, her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education, at the University of Toronto. She is registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists and a member of the Canadian Psychological Association.
Being born and raised in Toronto, Christianna has gained a considerable amount of experience working with a diverse range of individuals, as well as supporting clients through a broad spectrum of presenting concerns. Christianna has worked directly with individuals who have struggled with homelessness, mood difficulties, various types of trauma, gender-based violence, sexual abuse, suicide, self-harm and more.
As a mental health advocate, Christianna is driven to share her knowledge and care to the people of Saskatchewan through offering empathic and effective psychotherapy services. She uses a blend of therapeutic modalities and interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Psychodynamic Therapy. Therapy with Christianna is always trauma-informed, client-directed, non-judgmental, intersectional and culturally sensitive.
