Living with the consequences of chronic pain, trauma, and/or emotional neglect is hard. Sometimes, in the midst of our pain, we feel alone, rejected and invisible. You end up exhausted by the complex struggles of all you are dealing with. You may feel damaged, flawed, or insignificant and find yourself engaging in self-criticism, perfectionism, or people-pleasing to find your worth or someplace to belong. You may feel like you’ve lost control and just want something more than the pain your living with.
No matter what has happened to you or what you’ve done; it’s just a starting point to your healing journey. I provide a safe and welcoming place where your pain, frustrations, and emotions are welcome. It’s a place where you can explore and process what you’ve experienced without judgment or stigma. It’s where you are encouraged to release the pain and build up to something better without the burdens of the past.
I have a lived experience of chronic pain, trauma, and emotional neglect. I have a caring, empathetic, patient, honest, and flexible approach that addresses the roots of your distress. I balance understanding and validating your experiences with providing the necessary knowledge, skills, techniques, strategies and tools to help you get more out of your life.
We can work together to reduce your pain, symptoms, and struggles. We can find a path to bring more ease, contentment, and purpose into your life. We can get you to a better place, where you can embrace who you are.
